Bio
Monica is a Creative Director and Designer specializing in creating flexible brand visual identity systems. With 20 years of experience working with clients like Apple, Ford, Meta, Intuit, and One Medical, she expertly develops brand visual language, design systems, art direction, and guidelines.
Her career spans agencies, design studios, in-house work, and independent projects in New York, Boston, and San Francisco, bringing a fresh and innovative perspective. Monica’s work has been featured in Communication Arts magazine, The Dieline, and Under Consideration, and has won multiple AIGA Best of New England awards.
Passionate about artistic collaboration, Monica blends design with creative expression through book design and music. She was the Creative Director and Executive Producer of Lull Magazine, a multimedia, collaborative publication project in 2019. Since then, she has helped many artists design and publish books and other types of media.
In her free time, she DJs under the name DeeMonika, exploring dark techno, producing experimental ambient music, and creating art. Her energy and creativity continually drive her to push boundaries and inspire others.
